GFYD 11-17-11 "Change of View"

Luke 13:11 "And behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bent over and could in no way raise herself up." 
Can you imagine being bent over for eighteen years? That means that this woman looked at the ground for nearly two decades! I can only imagine what this must have done to her mind, and the way that she viewed life. Looking at the dust would certainly cause you turn negative, and before long, she probably even viewed others in a negative way. Maybe you don't have a physical condition that causes you to look at the ground, but many people have a spiritual condition that is much worse. Maybe your failures have caused you to grow accustomed to walk bent over in defeat and depression, and maybe your spiritual condition has caused you to see your life in a negative way, and to see everyone else in a negative way as well. Is there a solution? Of course there is. This woman who was bent over for 18 years met a man that said "woman, you are loosed", and she immediately became straight! You too can be loosed today, and the power of a loving God can change your view of your life, and the lives of others as well! Amen.
