It's There

1 Chronicles 16:11 Search for the LORD and for his strength; continually seek him. It's there. God's strength is available to anyone who desires it. The same strength that empowered David to defeat Goliath. The same strength that caused Samson to overcome a thousand Philistines. The same strength that caused the enemies of Joshua to fall before him, and even the same strength that allowed the apostles of Christ to be faithful unto death. Our willingness to search for it is a great measurement of our desire for change. God has promised us that we will find Him when we search for Him with all of our heart (Jeremiah 29:13). When we find Him, we find His grace, mercy and His strength. The call for us to search here is not a one time achievement. Our search needs to be ongoing, continual, because our need for His strength doesn't go away. Each day demands His power in our life, and each day He is willing to give it to us. Lord help us to search for as long as it takes to find you, and everything your presence brings.
