God is not Restrained
1 Samuel 14:6
And Jonathan said to the young man that bare his armour, Come, and let us go over unto the garrison of these uncircumcised: it may be that the Lord will work for us: for there is no restraint to the Lord to save by many or by few.
What I have, plus what God has, equals more than enough.......even when what I have is nothing! There is no restraint in God. It doesn't matter how many are on His side in the fight, or even if there is anyone. God needs no one's help to win. Knowing this truth means that we are never outnumbered, outmanned or outmatched. I love how Jonathan just decided to go and pick a fight with the enemy. He knew where they were camping out, so he took the fight to them. After he got the go ahead from God, he climbed up the mountain and whipped up on the Philistines by the power of God! In these days of great trial and temptation, let's step out and see if the Lord will work for us. I'm confident that He will. If we have a great multitude in the fight, that's awesome, but even if there's just a few, the outcome will be the same. Victory!

yes especially in todays world where we would not have a chance without Jesus, the battle of principalities and powers that God can win and overcome for us, take the battle to the streets and places you go into, speak to the reigning spirits and cast them down in the mighty name of Jesus, take territory for the Lord, many places have been changed just from brothers and sisters in the Lord going places and praying, do you pray over your city when driving, stretch out your hand when driving towards every house of God you pass and ask God to move there also.ken
ReplyDeleteGod, what does that look like for me? How can I step out like Jonathon did? Push me if you have to! Help me be bold in Christ!
